My approach is warm and encouraging, but direct. I will listen to your needs, share observations without judgment, and offer tools to help reach your goals. As I support you, I will also challenge you. Therapy is work, but it's work that can open doors, bring closure, help you heal, and allow you to grow.
I'm passionate about working with adults, teens, couples, and families who seek relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship/family issues, low self-esteem, eating disorders, and life transitions. I have specialized experience at the residential and outpatient level counseling individuals who struggle with eating disorders.
