Hi! I’m Alison Sauer and I'm currently earning my master’s degree in clinical counseling at Xavier University while practicing at Clear Path Counseling. During the most difficult times in life, I want to help individuals and couples find peace and uncover deep meaning. I want to help my clients tap into their true voice and find great resilience. Together, we will create a supportive and safe environment for you to use your unique strengths, cultivate self-compassion, and prioritize your well-being. I strive to build trust, be empathic, supportive, and collaborative.
I draw from different theories and techniques in my counseling sessions to fit my clients' needs. I am solution-focused, practice mindfulness, and believe in taking action one day at a time. I work from an emotion-based perspective and promote healthy attachments.
