There is no wrong time to reach out for support. Whether it be lifelong challenges such as birth complications, experiences of abuse or neglect as a child, feelings of sadness and worry as an adult or anything in between, I believe in empowering clients to find the healing they are ready for. Using the science of the body and brain, clients will be able to achieve their goals knowing they have a supportive partner to guide them on their journey with compassion, care, and warmth.
I am certified in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing including Transforming Touch and Intentional Touch, and have a background in animal assisted therapy. By supporting the body, brain connection I help clients learn how to navigate their own challenges and begin to find ways to move through the journey of life with curiosity and openness.
Walking the healing path with my partners in therapy is a true honor. I invite anyone who is experiencing any form of internal or external pain, stress, or past trauma to reach out for support. We will work together to identify ways to help you reach your individual goals and feel empowered in your own healing.
