As a mental performance coach and therapist, I typically work with athletes (12 and older) to help them navigate the unique pressure and responsibilities they face on top of their life stressors. Sometimes life can be stressful, feel overwhelming with responsibilities or issues which can cause anxiety, depression and irritability. I also work with adults who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed or feeling they need a nonjudgmental place to talk and sort out life's stressors and achieve the life you deserve. I offer traditional Talk Therapy, Equine Therapy, Walk and Talk therapy and Mental Performance coaching (Sports Psychology).

My commitment is to create a safe and comfortable environment where you can freely be and express yourself. My promise to you is to show up authentically as myself and ask you do to do the same. I recognize and respect the individuality of each person, understand that everyone faces distinct challenges and possesses unique personalities.
