Hi, if you are looking for a open minded, warm, & hard working therapist then I might be just the fit for you. I'm an English & Spanish speaking clinical social worker who works with adults, young adults and some teens. My practice focuses primarily on healing anxiety, depression, & trauma throughout life. I'm interested in taking an integrative approach to therapy by combining clients needs with traditional Western psychology such as: talk therapy, play therapy, art therapy, internal family systems (IFS), & nature therapy with ancient Eastern traditions such as meditation & Tibetan Buddhism.
I am an open kink aware & ethical non-monogamy (polyamory/swinging/etc) friendly therapist. My office is a welcoming & safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and anyone with questions about their identity, sexuality, and spirituality. To learn more about me and my practice please visit alisonpepper.com
During these uncertain times please consider connecting online if you are feeling stressed or isolated, I am here to help. I can offer a sliding scale fee sometimes & am happy to discuss what will works best for you. Thanks.
