When it comes to navigating life's challenges, I believe the best guidance comes from within. My role is to offer support and a safe space for my clients to process emotions and to uncover their inner wisdom. Through getting in touch with these truths clients are able to realize healthier and happier lives and relationships. I am EFT Trained (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and also employ mindfulness based practices among other modalities, always tailoring to the specific needs of the client.
I work with individuals, couples and families (with children 14+). My clients have shared with me that I have a calming presence and that I help them to relate in new ways to their circumstances and within their relationships. I also offer psychedelic integration/harm reduction sessions. Note that I don’t administer these psychedelics.
