Welcome. I’m glad you’re here! I love working with clients who aren’t afraid to reflect on their growth, answer hard questions, and go deeper in the therapeutic process in order to heal. Through setting realistic goals and increasing self awareness, I help you meet yourself on a deeper level so you can strengthen the relationships in your life. Working with men, women, and LGBTQIA+ adults aged 18 to early 40’s, I offer a nonjudgmental, open, empowering, direct, and compassionate space in which you can safely engage in self exploration, ask deeper questions, and practice healthy communication skills.
More than anything, I hope your work with me leads to small victories that we can celebrate together on the path of healing. A few things I’m really good at helping clients with: Anxiety and depression, self-compassion, self exploration, boundary setting, emotional regulation/distress tolerance, untangling past trauma, and values based work.
A few things bringing me joy right now are animals (any pets are always welcome!), time with family and welcoming out of town guests, connecting with loved ones, traveling, and exploring new places when I can!
