I work with adults of all ages. I especially enjoy clients emerging from the college setting or people going through a transition. I like working with people motivated for change on their journey to emotional wellness and building a life worth living. No life is free from pain, but we get to choose how we respond to pain and transition. In that choice lies freedom and power.
I specialize with clients who have perfectionistic tendencies, rigidity, all or nothing thinking, and difficulty balancing their lives. My intent is to help clients connect more fully to their values in order to achieve their goals.
I have completed advanced training in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have seen clients individually, in a weekly skills group setting, and in an intensive outpatient program setting.
