With over 14 years combined experience as a therapist and personal trainer, I have a unique and deep understanding of the relationship between our minds and our bodies, and how the relationships we have over our lifespan impact who we are and how we feel on a day-to-day basis. My specialties include eating disorders and body issues, unresolved childhood trauma, relationships (including recovering from past relationships), religious trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and depression.
My modality is solution-focused - meaning that we explore and process your experience while taking actionable steps to help resolve issues and regain your own power in a way that lasts a lifetime. I want to help you to find your voice, your strength, your power, and to feel better than ever before!
I see adult clients (18 & over) in three states (Florida, Colorado, and Tennessee), and work exclusively online, meaning there is no commute time to factor in and no need to leave the comfort of your own home. I accept some insurance in Colorado and can provide an invoice as an out-of-network provider for clients who live in Florida and Tennessee.
