I work with couples and individuals experiencing relationship strain, anxiety, conflict, stress, separation/break-ups, and a variety of life transitions. We all need support in navigating the challenges present in life, both in our growth as individuals and in our relationships. As your therapist, I will walk alongside you in exploring healing, increasing relationship satisfaction, and growing the connection with yourself and with others. It is my intention to create a safe environment that is free of judgment and allows space for you to process through life's challenges.
I am passionate about exploring the complexities of relationships with both couples and individuals. This often includes strengthening communication, increasing connection, managing conflict, and healing emotional distance. I am a Certified Gottman Therapist and utilize Gottman therapy as framework for sessions.
