You’ve learned so much on your journey, I hope to help you see how much you already have and help you on your journey forward, even if that feels really messy or impossible at times. I strive to provide a confidential and accepting space where you can explore how you got here and figure out where you want to go.
My practice focuses on strengths-based approach. Through mindfulness and evidence-based practice I treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and problems of living.
