Difficulty coping with significant life events, emerging sexual identity, relationship issues, concerns related to professional experience or school experiences, are areas in which I am competent in providing professional assistance.
My clinical experience includes work with individuals with chronic mental health conditions, adolescents with social, school, and sexuality concerns, and as well as individuals working to develop better coping skills for managing depression and anxiety. I am trained and skilled in the evidence based practice of cognitive behavior therapy.
I honor the authentic journeys taken by individuals as they work to create new paths toward satisfying lives. As a clinical social worker, my primary goal is to help my clients identify their own abilities and resources and find their own solutions for lasting change.
