Welcome! I'm a Licensed Psychotherapist with more than 20 years of experience based in California and hold licenses in Texas and Virginia as well. I prefer an interactive client-centered approach utilizing eclectic modalities tailored to the uniqueness of each individual. To serve you well I have to get to know you. That process will begin in our first session with a combination of questions and free discussion.
Some people are more comfortable self-directing the session while others prefer a more structured approach. What's MOST important is for each person to get their needs met. It's not unusual for our journey to reveal areas never considered when initially seeking therapy.
