I specialize in providing couples with the tools to navigate the "growing pains" of marriage. Whether it is communication issues, high conflict, being caught in a negative cycle or infidelity, I am here to help. Traditional couples counseling focuses way too much on re-hashing conflict, and not enough on the tools to navigate conflict.

I started Aliso Viejo Marriage Counseling because I believed the counseling that was available to couples was either making things worse or completely ineffective. It spent too much time trying to make sense of why things were so bad rather than focusing on solutions.
