As a counselor at Lifeline Professional Counseling Service, I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals to live an empowered, insightful life. I provide a variety of services for all walks of life, and enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience treating trauma, anxiety-related disorders, depression, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and grief and loss.
I believe in tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet my client’s individualized needs. I draw from several therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Play Therapy and Expressive Therapy.
My job is to help my clients restore harmony and balance by meeting them where they are at and offering necessary support and guidance. In my time away from work, I enjoy working out, hiking camping, swimming, and tai chi. I love traveling to new destinations and am always on the go for my next adventure in life.
