Let's face it, LIFE in and of itself can be challenging and stressful. My goal here at Elevate M.E. Counseling is to assist clients with embodying self-awareness, and achieving a higher level of emotional and mental standards while reflecting on their past, current, and future opportunities. Clients will be guided to implement these tools to overcome past obstacles and potential barriers to moving forward. The ultimate goal is for clients to envision the transition of previous challenges upon entering therapy, to opportunities that will provide elevation towards their future goals and self. Resulting in self-fulfillment.
As a seasoned therapist, I have a broad range of clinical experience working with individuals, groups, and families concerning Depression, ADHD, Substance use, Crisis Intervention, etc. I utilize a variety of techniques and skills drawn from recognized therapeutic modalities including CBT, Person-Center, DBT, Psychoeducation, and Behavior therapy.
I believe individuals who are willing to seek growth through vulnerability & hard work can accomplish any goal, master their emotions, and take on life challenges with the confidence of having the skills and tools to do so.
