I use cognitive behavioral therapy, the Gottman method, mindfulness, and multi-systemic therapy. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. With mindfulness and breathwork, we will work on how to get you to be more aware of how your feelings feel inside you.
