I use a variety of techniques to help individuals move through their process of healing using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Strength based perspective, Solutions Focused, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques.
