I have a background in working with children, young adults and adults in settings ranging from elementary school to a university based clinic to private practice. Some of the treatment modalities that I incorporate include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, trauma-focused modalities, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness.
