I specialize in stress management, how to develop a healthy lifestyle, increase resilience and a variety of stress related disorders including depression, anxiety, symptoms of PTSD as well as medical and health issues. My approach varies based on the needs of each client. I combine modern modalities in positive psychology with information about the mind-body connection. Learning to recognize and manage our individual stressors more effectively in combination with practicing resilience in real time can not only boost our immune system but help us feel more in control, better able to make decisions and face life’s challenges.
