I believe a lack of self-love perpetuates a lack of care about the world, I believe our Inner World - how we experience healing and how we live in joy - is very important in the mission to make the world a better place. I am a coach in Conscious Human Evolution and guide you through various tools and techniques to re-Love yourself, re-Connect with joy and passion in life. I cannot heal you - but I will offer you tools and support and guidance as you are taking the steps to heal yourself.
I find that NVC (Nonviolent Communication) improves the quality of life immensely, in relationships both with the world and with ourselves. I guide the healing process with a self-empowering unconditionally-loving philosophy, and use IFS (Internal Family Systems), Harmonizing and other tools to support your learning and healing.
When our wounds & no-longer-serving-us patterns show up – rather than suppress them, we bring awareness to them and support their transformation. We use IFS, guided meditations, Inner Child connecting, Consciousness Coaching, Joy Coaching to support you while you stay with them and un-learn to judge them – and learn to love and accept them & yourself.
