I am passionate about working with individuals who are dedicating time to their personal development and addressing their challenges. My ideal clients are open to growth and are interested in learning more about themselves. Whether we are using EMDR to address trauma or setting goals related to substance use, my ideal clients are ready to work hard to heal, learn, and grow.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in my work. I have also been trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My areas of focus include substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, emotion regulation, bipolar disorder, stress sensitivity, and grief.
