This group is designed to bring together those who have been affected by childhood sexual trauma. Group will focus on trauma and abuse education, healing trauma and creating whole life integration, connection and fellowship and post traumatic growth and resilience. 2024 Intensive Wholeness Journey- Starts in April
VIRTUAL: Join a group of 6-12 people for a year long journey to health, wholeness and happiness. The 2024 Intensive Wholeness Journey is designed for people who would like to experience transformation in their lives. The group is designed to meet once a month starting April of 2024. Date and Time of meeting will be announced based on the collective need of the group. Ukrainian/Russian Support Group
This virtual group is for Ukrainian and Russian people ages 15 and older experiencing distress from the Ukraine-Russia War. Group meets once a month for fellowship, psychoeducation, brain health coaching and processing of distressful events associated with the war.
