11 years working as a licensed therapist. Over 20 years experience in the therapeutic field. Being in therapy can be a powerful tool that facilitates perspective, personal insight, and healing. For over 15 years I have worked in a variety of treatment settings with teens and families in psychotherapy. I have extensive training and experience with trauma, grief, loss, and substance abuse. I utilize mindfulness and psychotherapeutic techniques such as EMDR, and ego states therapy.
I am passionate about supporting those I work with in therapy as they address concerns or obstacles that might make them feel stuck. With a bit of humor and compassion I seek to aid those in our community that want and or need support.
