I help: first-gen and bicultural folks around issues of identity, intergenerational trauma, and navigating familial expectations with autonomy; young professionals establish boundaries, recover from burnout/imposter syndrome, and live a life closer to their values; and athletes recovering from injury so they can regain their confidence and get back to sport
