I help individuals who long to feel complete and fulfilled and who seek to better understand the meaning of self as they deal with past issues that limit their ability to do so. My goal is to assist individuals with overcoming issues of trauma that may have left them feeling overwhelmed, stressed, unfulfilled and incomplete in various areas of life. The aim is to provide a pathway to creating a better person and more full and complete life. My goal is to assist individuals in regaining an interest in life and the fullness therein for those who may feel suffocated under the pressure and weight of anxiety, depression, and stress.
My approach is direct and relatable. As there is no singular method to success in therapy, we will address the issues together as a team with a united front prepared to succeed. To address trauma related issues, I use, EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, and Client -Centered Therapy.
Life in and of itself can be overwhelming. The weight can be unbearable at times. I am here to aid you in understanding how to manage that weight and to live life fully with hope and joy. Together we will work to break down barriers and overcome stressors that limit your progression in all areas of your life.
