My passion and expertise is in treating trauma, addiction, codependent relationships, anger, grief, anxiety, and a variety of other mental health disorders. I am certified in EMDR as a modality and an Approved Consultant through EMDRIA. I also utilize ego state interventions, DBT, and mindfulness.
