Welcome to my page! I am delighted that you have taken the first step towards healing and seeking support for your well-being. As a compassionate and supportive therapist, I specialize in working with adults and teens, offering a safe space for you to work towards your therapeutic goals. In our sessions, I use a person-centered approach, which means that I will actively listen and empathize with you, providing understanding and validation to help you better comprehend yourself. Together, we will assess and analyze your values and strengths, identifying how to leverage them in navigating life's challenges.

I firmly believe in a holistic approach to therapy, viewing you as a whole person rather than just focusing on symptoms of past or current trauma. My expertise lies in assisting individuals who are struggling with issues related to their relationship with food, trauma, poor body image, anxiety, depression, and disordered eating.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, a highly effective method to help you process and heal from traumatic experiences. Rest assured that our sessions will be conducted in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. My ultimate goal is to build on your resiliency and accompany you on your journey.
