I am a licensed professional counselor supervisor (LPC-S), a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), as well as a nationally certified counselor (NCC). I am currently licensed to practice counseling in the states of Louisiana, Arizona, and Rhode Island. I am also a board-approved licensed counselor-supervisor, supervising provisionally licensed counselors in the state of Louisiana. My bachelor's degree is from Loyola University New Orleans, and my master's degree is from Xavier University of Louisiana. My passion stems from my parents and other family members who were social workers, mentors, advisors, and counselors.
I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Counseling modalities that I use include cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I have worked with individuals 6 years old to geriatric age. I am well experienced and have handled a variety of mental health concerns.
