Since 2022, I have worked full-time with clients with eating disorders and understand how challenging this can be as well as how resilient people are. I believe that at the heart of most struggles lies a deep need for self-love and acceptance. Utilizing elements from IFS, ACT, and CBT, I offer a holistic approach to help you love yourself better.
