As a result, we may become depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed. Maybe you find yourself putting others’ needs before your own. I understand where you are because I have been there too.
I have experience providing counseling services to a variety of individuals, particularly children and adolescents, in various settings within the community and in schools. I am trained in trauma-informed care and utilize a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling in an effort to foster hope, healing, and resilience.
I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern who has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Social Work (Clinical) degree from Southeastern University.
