I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist with extensive experience helping adults overcome their generational traumas, relationship challenges, and parenting struggles. I have been striving to help individuals gain a better understanding of themselves and the world around them since obtaining my Master’s degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University. My trauma-informed approach is rooted in untangling the complex interplay between childhood experiences, mental health, relationships, and overall well-being. Utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques, my mission is to help individuals achieve their goals.
My focus is to create a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment allowing clients to process their past and/or current experiences. This space will nurture the development of healthy coping, communication, parenting, and boundary-setting strategies.
