I specialize in treating individuals and couples. Whether you are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety, relationship or family problems, infidelity, low self-esteem, eating disorders, or grief and loss, I am here to help. Life can get extremely difficult and stressful at times, and it can help to have professional guidance, especially when things are not getting better. I will listen and provide non-judgmental and educated feedback, along with research-based strategies to improve your situation. While I provide psychoeducation and in-session practice with new skills, we may also go deeper or challenge unhealthy coping.
My goal is to provide a non-judgmental and safe atmosphere where you can openly address your problems, gain new insights, learn new strategies, and start to see things improve. I can meet individually, or with couples, families, or groups. I work to provide quality care that emphasizes individuals' and families' unique strengths and creates desired change.
You don't have to keep struggling. I will work with you to identify concerns and to practice new skills to reach your goals. I am able to combine years of research, knowledge, and experience to provide effective counseling to adolescents, adults, and couples.
