It's a crap shoot trying to choose a therapist, and you’ve been through this before. I can help you strengthen your sense of self, develop your authentic badassery, and cultivate your inner wisdom so you can live in your own authentic alignment. Along with compassion and a healthy dose of humor, I use mind-body/nervous system practices, am working on a Somatic Experiencing certificate, and work from an Intuitive Eating and HAES perspective.
