As a clinician, I use evidence-based practices to help us set and achieve goals that you wish to have completed.
I grew up in a multicultural household where being the firstborn Mexican female held a lot of expectations and responsibilities with little to no emotional support. Although I identify as Mexican, I speak limited Spanish. I provide services to diverse ages that may need help with various mental health issues along with those who are in the LGBT+ community.
