I collaboratively work with clients to explore and understand their unique presentation and how it relates to a larger environmental and cultural context. I am passionate about increasing self-awareness, helping people to find true control and agency, and providing tools to feel better! I use the unique values of each individual as a roadmap for our work together with the ultimate goal of engaging more effectively and authentically in life.
I appreciate working with clients who are open, curious, and committed to creating change in their lives. My approach focuses on non-judgmentally identifying the function of distressful behavior patterns and creating lasting change. I am grounded in interpersonal theory with primary use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Areas of expertise include anxiety, body distress and eating disorders, trauma, identity development, and stressful life transitions, including becoming a parent, perinatal mental health, and infertility. I would love to learn more about your individual journey and goals.
