My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in empathy and collaboration. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that combines your strengths with science-backed tools. I use a variety of techniques from Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Trauma Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I also incorporate CBT, self-compassion, somatic grounding, and narrative therapy.
