It is important for me to be able to guide client's to find their strengths and resiliency in a meaningful and productive way. Utilization of evidence-based practices including CBT, TF – CBT, Motivational Interviewing and DBT combined with holistic modalities that integrate the mind, body, and soul are sure to be included in session.

Being able to relate, I find importance with developing a strong therapeutic relationship and am passionate about reducing the stigma of mental health, improving self – care, and establishing healthy boundaries to promote healthy work/life balances.
