My name is Alicia Brigham and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have over 10 years of experience conducting therapy and my approach is warm, yet direct. My main focus areas include depression, anxiety, boundary education, life transitions, and overall coping. I typically work with clients who are seeking a positive change and are ready to be that change in their own life. I am comfortable treating a variety of conditions, but most frequently treat depression, anxiety, general life stressors, and issues related to low self-esteem.
I often incorporate CBT, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing as my theoretical approaches. The needs of the individual client dictate my exact approach.
