Updated 5/31: Waitlist full, please check back at end of Summer - I am a licensed psychotherapist working with adults. Some of my common clients may come with issues related to ADHD, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, or more general life transitions. I value the importance of diversity, and appreciate how the intersectionality of identities impact lived experiences. My goal is to help you engage and enhance your capacity for introspection and self-awareness to better understand your past, present, and future, in a relaxed and comfortable therapeutic setting.
My therapeutic style is person-centered and strengths based, believing that it is my role to come alongside you in some of your most vulnerable moments and to walk with you as you learn to heal yourself with support and guidance. My style of therapy is informal, compassionate, and responsive to a person's unique needs.
I use a toolbox of therapeutic modalities to meet individuals, couples, and families where they are in their journey. This may mean working through past trauma, finding ways to get out of a toxic situation or perhaps reflecting your own insights back. My goal is to provide a balance of sensitive listening with challenging of perspectives and insights.
