I help those with common concerns such as adult ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more. Please note: I do not offer testing and evaluation for ADHD.
I specialize in supporting adults experiencing life transitions, such as attending college for the first time, returning after many years, changing careers, or adjusting to civilian life after years of dedicated military service.
