Whether you are a teen, young adult, or adult, I can help you gain insight, introduce you to new coping strategies, and help you move towards acceptance and growth. In session, I aim to create meaningful relationships with genuineness and empathy (and maybe even humor at times).
My goal as a therapist is to walk beside you as you begin to understand the origins of harmful patterns or narratives getting in the way of your ability to thrive as we work together to create new ones. I am passionate about empowering clients to recognize their strengths and accept their authentic selves.
