I have experience working with clients struggling with past trauma, anxiety, depression, negative self-concept, and relationship issues. I have also enjoyed helping couples work towards restoration and reconciliation, resolving communication and marital issues.
I am trained in TF-CBT, MAP, and EMDR. Elements from other modalities such as REBT and EFT are also incorporated. These evidence-based practices are integrated in empowering my clients to overcome trauma, improve relationships, challenge irrational beliefs, and manage/express emotions, thoughts, or behaviors in a healthier, more realistic way.
