It is my belief that the quality of our therapeutic relationship is the most important tool in our work together. My style of therapy is rooted in psychodynamic and attachment theory, which means I aim to help you gain insight on old relational patterns, so that you can make choices that feel more aligned with your true self. In our sessions, I hope that we can befriend all the various parts of yourself, and learn to relate to those parts with compassion and care.
My clinical experience has been mostly working with teens and adults through themes of identify, self-esteem, and relational trauma. I also have a particular passion providing affirmative care for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals.
