I work collaboratively with clients, to help identify and achieve their goals. I sincerely strive to be a source of strength, hope, and empowerment for my clients. I have experience and enjoy working with a broad and diverse group of people; children, adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families. Issues I am passionate about are; trauma, grief, family/romantic relationships, anxiety, effective communication skills, depression, and life transitions.
My approach to counseling/therapy is relational and person-centered. Integrating multiple modalities, including, but not limited to, trauma focused, strengths-based, narrative, solution-focused, attachment-based, mindfulness, CBT approaches, and EMDR. Tailoring the treatment and approach to best fit each individual, couple, or family unit needs.
Facing life challenges can be difficult. I seek to be an instrument in my clients lives, encouraging them to work through their obstacles. Therapy can be healing, as you create the most fulfilling life. I am here to provide compassion, inspiration, and a safe space for clients to explore their challenges and difficulties.
