I specialize in trauma (PTSD), focusing on attachment issues, sexual abuse and domestic violence. I am trained in EMDR, Guided Imagery, Ericksonian Hypnosis, EFT, Cognitive/Behavioral, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Mindfulness. The population I work with are individuals, couples and families struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, relationships, adjustment issues and grief.
I provide therapy in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French to adults/young adults.
