I want to help you &/or your loved ones reconnect in a world that makes it hard to reach out & thrive by being a bridge, connecting you to the pieces of yourself that may have wandered while you were trying to survive.
I strive to hold a space that is safe so that you may feel what you’re experiencing & seek understanding. Finding a therapist is the first step, & at times the most difficult one; therapy can seem wildly uncomfortable.
