Hello and welcome! If you are reading this, you might be feeling stuck, frustrated, or upset with yourself or others in your life. I am encouraged that you have started to explore your options around feeling better. Whether you are starting therapy for the first time or returning to therapy, it is normal to be curious, scared, and maybe even overwhelmed when starting with a new therapist. Given all these factors, know that I approach your life story and symptoms with curiosity, compassion, cultural context, and confidentiality.
I love working with folks who take care of others but struggle to make time for themselves. I also enjoy working with folks looking to deepen and heal their connection to their bodies - physically and spiritually. I have extensive training in grief and loss, immigration-related trauma, gender-based violence and multicultural/liberation psychology.
