I specialize in working with individuals ages 18-30+ and couples.
My approach is to create a warm and non judgmental environment, and to build therapeutic connection. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness skills in treatment while tailoring the process to your needs. I believe with the right tools you will begin to feel a sense of relief, safety, support, and guidance.
