At my practice, Bluestone Counseling Group, we have a passion for supporting women and families with their mental health and wellbeing throughout all of life’s transitions. We have specialized training in maternal mental health from fertility, pregnancy, postpartum through parenting challenges and relationship changes. Our approach is trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, culturally-inclusive and welcomes and affirms all identities.
We provide individual therapy to adolescents, college-age, adults and offer couples and family therapy. Our clients experience anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD/neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ issues and need parenting support. At Bluestone we hope to create a safe space to be your authentic self and express all of the things that feel hard or scary to say
I meet you where you are depending on the amount of support you may need. I have two spirited girls and my own lived experiences highlighted the significant need for mental health support. This grounds me in meeting you where you are and helping you gently heal from your own experiences. I have additional training in perinatal mental health, CBT & EMDR.

We have a focus on maternal wellbeing, supporting families struggling with fertility through the experience of postpartum and into the new identity of parent.
